In the Penitential Season of Lent, through prayer, fasting and almsgiving, we seek to bring ourselves closer to the Lord.

To help us in this Holy Season there are some ‘Walk With Me’ Booklets at the Piety Stall priced £1.50. They contain readings and reflections for each day of Lent.

The Stations of the Cross, as in previous years, will be prayed on the Fridays of Lent together with our Anglican friends. Like last year, we will alternate between our churches. This will begin on Friday 27^th February in St Andrew’s C of E, on Swiss Street.

The next meeting will be on Friday, 27^th February, at 6pm in St Anne’s Church.

Fr Robert Pytel, the chaplain to our Polish community, will be celebrating Mass on Sunday, 1^st March at 1pm in St Anne’s Church.

Confessions will be heard before Mass.

Join us at 6:30pm for 7pm on Thursday, 30^th April for a curry at The Agra, Hapton to raise money for the Lourdes Nursing and Medical Team.

It was a grand do last year. Further details to follow.

Bookings are now open for our annual diocesan pilgrimage to Lourdes which this year takes place 30^th July to 5^th August.
