The Diocese will be holding a DBS Clinic at St Anne’s on Friday, 12th January, 6pm-7pm.
You need a DBS certificate if you are a key holder, handle money, a Eucharistic minister who takes Communion out to people, or a leader of a parish or church group.
Forms can be completed on the night.
You will need ID:
A document with you date of birth, e.g. passport or driving licence.
A document with your current address.
A document that confirms your full name, e.g. utility bill.
