Last Monday we got ‘the call’ to say that the Inspectors were coming to our Primary School to conduct their Religious Inspection on Wednesday and Thursday. This meant a few last minute preparations for the School and the Governing Body before the Inspectors arrived bright and early on Wednesday morning.
Having an inspection is never very pleasant. Doing something that you do every day of your life, sometimes without thinking, takes on a different meaning when there is someone sat watching your every move and making notes!
I and the staff are all under the seal of the confessional for the time being until the report of the Inspectors findings has been quality assured and ratified by the diocese. All I will say for the time being is that I am very pleased with all that has been and is being achieved in our school to bring us to where we are now after some of the difficulties of the past.
Our school is definitely on the up. My thanks also go to the Romero Trust for their support and guidance along our sometimes bumpy journey. The future is bright! The future is Romero!
