Nativity Play

On Monday, 15th December, the children from our primary school, St Anne’s & St Joseph’s, will be performing their nativity play. There will be two performances. One at 2:30pm in the school, and the other at 6pm in St Anne’s church. All parishioners are welcome to attend.
Christmas Flower Collection

There will be a second retiring collection in both churches this weekend, 20th/21st December, to help defray the cost of the flowers for Christmas. Please do give generously so we can make the churches look wonderful for our celebrations.
Christmas Raffle

There are still tickets available in both churches for our Christmas Prize Draw. Please do take some tickets to sell to your friends and family. The draw will take place at the Christmas Fayre on Sunday, 30th November.

Confessions at St Joseph’s

After morning Mass on Tuesday, 23rd December & Wednesday, 24th December, there will be confessions in St Joseph’s Church from 10:15am to 11am.
The Epiphany

Masses for the solemnity of the Epiphany are as follows. Monday, 5th January7pm – Vigil at St Joseph’s Tuesday, 6th January9:30am – St Anne’s (with school)9:30am – St Joseph’s It is a holyday of obligation so we are bound to attend Mass unless prevented from doing so by a serious reason.
Wedding

Walk With Me Booklets

This weekend marks the First Sunday of Advent and our preparations for the coming Feast of the Incarnation. To help us in our thoughts and reflections there are ‘Walk With Me’ booklets available at the piety stall (£1.00 donation) in each church. They contain reflections, readings and prayers for each of the days of Advent.
