Thank you to all those who attended last week’s Centenary Mass and a big thank you to all those who helped to organise the event. We would also like to thank Mount Carmel for their very generous gift of hiring the marquee.
Easter Flowers Collection
For those who missed the collection last weekend, there will be another collection for Easter flowers this weekend, 12th/13th April, after all Masses. Please do give generously so we can make the churches look wonderful for Easter.
Choir Practice
There will a choir practice in the Marian Room at St Anne’s on Monday 14th April at 7pm. We will be going over the music for the Triduum and Easter. This is for singers at both our churches and for anyone else who would like to come along and help with leading the singing.
Chrism Mass
This year the Mass of the Sacred Chrism will take place at St Patrick’s Church, Collyhurst on Wednesday 16th April at 11am. Each parish has been allocated three tickets. Fr Livesey Away
Father Livesey is on leave from Monday, 18th to Saturday, 23rd August (no Masses or confessions at St Joseph’s during this time.) We wish Fr Livesey a relaxing break.
