More than 920,000 people in the UK are living with dementia—a number expected to rise to more than a million by 2024. Most people with dementia are aged 65 and above, accounting for over 880,000 people.
Now is the time to become more welcoming towards dementia and so this session will focus on: Understanding how dementia impacts; Living well with dementia; Supporting families; A chance to ask questions without judgement.
A BSL interpreter will be signing the session.
