Friday’s Mass at St Anne’s
On Friday, 24th April, Mass at St Anne’s will be at the later time of 9:30am as we welcome the staff and students from our primary school, St Anne’s & St Joseph’s. All parishioners are also welcome to attend. Please see the schedule for all Masses this week.
Requiem Mass
Please pray for the repose of the soul of Peter Wilkinson who has died recently. Requiem Mass will take place at St Anne’s Church on Thursday, 23rd April at 10am. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord.
Confirmation 2026
There will be a meeting on Monday, 27th April, at 7pm in St Anne’s Church for young people in Year 8 or above who wish to be confirmed this year. Further details will be given on the night.
Curry Night
The Salford Diocesan Nursing & Medical Group will be holding their annual curry night at 6:30pm on Thursday, 30th April at The Agra, Hapton, to raise money for the Lourdes Nursing and Medical Team. Lottery Money
It is time once again to collect church lottery money. Please place lottery money, with your name on the envelope, in the baskets in church or post through St Anne’s presbytery door. Many thanks to all those who support our weekly lottery.
St Joseph’s Ladies
St Joseph’s Ladies meet every Wednesday, except for the first Wednesday of the month. The Ladies get together in the church hall at 1pm for chat, games, quizzes, tea/coffee, cake, occasional meals out and good company. All welcome. Come and join us!
Coffee & Tea After Mass
Coffee and tea are served in St Joseph’s Hall after the 9am Mass and in the Marian Room at St Anne’s after the 11am Mass every Sunday. Come and join us!
Mass Intentions
Mass can be offered for various intentions: the sick, the dead, anniversaries, birthdays, special intentions. Do please consider having Masses said for your relatives and intentions. Put the intention together with an offering in an envelope and hand it to Fr Francis or via the collection baskets or the presbytery door.
